01 · Pixel Pitch
One number sets the distance.
Pixel pitch is the space between LED centers, in millimeters. Smaller pitch packs more pixels into the same wall — sharper up close, higher cost per square foot. Larger pitch buys more canvas for audiences that stand farther back.
The rule of thumb is simple: pitch in millimeters ≈ minimum comfortable viewing distance in meters. A P2 wall looks seamless from about 6.5 ft (2 m); a P4 billboard from about 13 ft (4 m). Match the pitch to where your audience actually stands, and you never pay for pixels nobody can see.

02 · Brightness & Nits
Bright enough to beat the room.
Brightness is measured in nits, and the target is always relative: the display must out-shine its surroundings, comfortably. Indoors, 800–1,500 nits reads rich without glare. Behind storefront glass, daylight demands thousands. In direct sun, only 5,000+ nits keeps color saturated instead of washed gray.
Just as important is coming back down. View Pro outdoor displays meter ambient light and ease output down through dusk — full presence at noon, zero glare at midnight, and longer LED life in the bargain.

03 · Refresh Rate
Flicker is for lesser walls.
An LED wall redraws itself thousands of times per second. At low refresh rates the eye senses strain and every phone camera catches rolling dark bands — fatal in a world where your wall will be filmed daily.
Every View Pro display refreshes at ≥ 3,840 Hz — sixty-plus redraws for every frame of your content. The result is a rock-steady image to the eye, and clean, band-free footage on every camera in the room, from broadcast rigs to Instagram stories.

04 · Color Calibration
One wall, one white.
A video wall is thousands of individual LEDs pretending to be one surface. Without calibration, modules drift — one patch runs warm, another cool, and the illusion collapses the moment a full-white frame hits the screen.
Every View Pro module is factory-calibrated so brightness and color match across the entire wall, and stay matched as panels are replaced over the years. Your brand red is the same red in the corner as it is at center stage.
05 · IP Ratings
Weather is in the spec.
An IP (Ingress Protection) rating is two digits of honesty about what a cabinet can survive. The first digit scores protection against solids — dust, grit, debris. The second scores water — rain, spray, washdowns.
View Pro outdoor cabinets are rated IP65: completely dust-tight, and protected against water jets from any direction. That's not marketing language — it's a certified test the hardware has to pass before it earns a spot on your facade.
06 · Serviceability
Repairs measured in seconds.
The old way to fix a video wall was to build it with a service corridor behind it — wasted square footage that exists for the one day a year someone needs it. Front service ends that.
View Pro modules mount magnetically and release from the front with a simple tool. A technician swaps a module in seconds while the rest of the wall keeps playing — no corridor, no disassembly, no dark screen during business hours.

07 · Control Systems
Plays well with the pros.
A wall is only as dependable as the processor feeding it. View Pro displays run on industry-standard control platforms — NovaStar-class processors trusted by staging and broadcast crews worldwide — so your integrator, AV team, and content system already speak the language.
